Two visits over the course of a year with two different audiologists. Both were extremely easy to work with (they took the time to explain procedures – and test results – and answered any and all questions). Certainly worth mentioning that they “knew their stuff” . . . which is comforting to the patient. Dr. Stapleton, in particular, explained the various options available to me, hearing aid-wise, helped me choose the appropriate model . . . and walked me through the process of using them so as to obtain the best results. All in all, a very professional job – and highly recommended.
