Dr. Taveniere is a New York State Licensed Audiologist and Hearing Aid Dispenser. He attended New York university where he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Communicative Sciences and Disorders with a double minor in psychology and education. After earning his B.S. at New York University where he graduated with honors, Dr. Taveniere attended Hunter College of the City University of New York where he earned a Master of Science in Audiology. Dr. Taveniere earned his Doctorate degree in Audiology from the University of Florida. His clinical specialties focus on the evaluation and fitting of amplification. Dr. Taveniere has expertise in helping individuals successfully adapt to life with hearing loss by providing counseling on the social, emotional and educational implications of hearing loss. Dr Taveniere is passionate about helping those with hearing loss. He attends national conferences and seminars as well as continuing education classes to stay updated on new hearing technologies. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA). Dr. Taveniere joined Dr. Sal Saleh in 2013 after providing hearing care at The Hearing Center at Montefiore Hospital.
